Returns & Exchanges:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused and in original condition. Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged.

Damaged Orders:
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
